This page is dedicated to the most important asset we have: our People. Marco’s Pizza is People, and People are Marco’s. While it sounds cliché, the fact of the matter is that we can have the best automation systems, the best distribution systems, the best store locations, and so on, but… if we don’t have the best people, we’re not going to achieve our goals. Leadership is both an art and a science. Leaders are not born, they’re made… made through self-study, experience, and education.

With that said, let’s open the forum on this all too important topic of Leadership, and share ideas, thoughts, concepts, and opinions. Let’s hear what you think works, as well as what you think does NOT work.
