It is time to end this curb side pick up program, unless currently required by local health regulations. Especially the built in “POS Notification System”. Leaving the store when you are the only one in it at the time is not safe. Some customers turn a 30 second handoff into a three – five minute ordeal. Secondly, with the POS version of notification, you have customers saying they have arrived when they are 20 minutes away, or worse, they have not even paid for the order and they want curbside. Just Saturday, I had an order that stated Black Toyota Highlander, when the customer drove up in a Lexus.
You are wasting my valuable time.
